Can't Access New Levels on Can You Escape 2 for iPhone: A Frustrating Experience

I recently discovered Can You Escape 2 through my sister, who is a huge fan of puzzle games. After playing and finishing level 8, I was excited to continue exploring the game's vast collection of levels. However, I soon realized that in order to access more levels, I had to purchase them, which left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Despite my initial enthusiasm, I've encountered numerous issues while trying to download new packs. Every time I try, it says 'Failed! Please try again!' after a few seconds of loading. I've even tried deleting the game and re-downloading it multiple times, but nothing seems to work. The only level pack I can access is the first one, and none of the other sets will load.

I'm not sure if this issue arose because I attempted to download multiple packs at once or accidentally closed out before they could finish downloading. Several extra packs are now grayed out with loading symbols that aren't rotating, saying 'paused' except for one pack that claims to be 'downloading.' Unfortunately, the progress bar never fills up.

As a fan of your games, I was looking forward to exploring all the levels in this collection. Instead, my disappointment has ruined my day. I hope you can address these issues and provide a solution soon so that players like me can enjoy the full game experience without any hassle.
